I have just watched last week’s webinar with Liam Donohue from Betfair.
Very disappointing, extremely poor sound, screen too small, presentation and explanation of what was happening abysmal.

I take your point about the screen size, but we do have some technical restrictions with the webinar format. What problem did you have with the sound? Because it seems OK to us. And what about the presentation/explanation was lacking? Expand on that if you don’t mind.

Re the sound: When Liam was speaking there was a consistent pause every few seconds which then resumed from where it had paused. It did this throughout the presentation.
Re presentation: Periods of silent on-screen activity with no commentary to explain what he was doing or looking at, or why. At other times he appeared to be almost talking to himself, possibly even turning away from the microphone as his voice output fluctuated.
Conversely when you were talking there was no problem and the strength and clarity of the sound was perfect.
I was disappointed with the presentation as I expected to be watching and listening to something more polished and flowing than it was, regardless of the sound issue.
I am a keen follower of your Webinars and make these comments in a spirit of cooperation and support rather than antagonism.
